Milpa Collective exists to expand Sydney’s appreciation of the vibrant cuisine and culture of Mexico and Latin America. Brought to the fore through nine distinct, regionally focused venues, each location heroes one aspect of the myriad flavours and sensorial experiences of this unique part of the world.
